show over the past 12 months. I think you see tweets that show, hey, my growing crazy I stuck with it hey I should have stuck with it hey I need to quit and here's what interesting

July of last year this show in the first seven days got 3,600 downloads and we have

done an episode every single week religiously whatever religion you're in I'm

in it too and it looks like now we're getting maybe around 4,900 downloads an episode.

And that depends on the title and you gorgeous person listening to the show.

I've talked about the law of 100, which is just sticking with whatever you're trying to do or

become a habit or whatever it is 100 times, 100 emails, 100 videos,
