She's called sugar spun on YouTube. She is you would probably love her Kelly.

She's a baker and she's just like a normal person like she's not like a master baker, which I like. Yeah. And I love watching her videos so she I'm making a red velvet cake today. Oh, I've never made one and she has made over 100 different recipes. So I'm just red velvet cakes. Yeah, she made so many recipes of the same to find the best one. So I'm making her red velvet today. Oh yummy.

That sounds delicious. And Holly some exactly. It's my dad's birthday coming up. We could use a bad velvet cake. Oh, I don't even know if my dad likes a velvet cake, but I do.

I know you do. I've never made one before and I didn't realize there's cocoa powder in them. Yes, it's like a basically a chocolate cake, not chocolate chocolate cake, but that is a basis of it. Yeah, which is interesting because there's a blue velvet cake. Oh, my goodness. Oh, ladies, you don't know Oprah's favorite things was a blue velvet cake. We found a few years ago. It's called carousel bakery here in New York. That's where I first discovered blue velvet cake and was one of Oprah's favorite things.

So I was interested in trying to try it. Holly, you know, Oprah says it's her favorite things. I got to try it and it's cake. It is cake. Yeah, I mean delicious. Everyone in my household loves it. I get it shit sometimes.

Now wait, what is exactly like is it like what makes it red and what makes it blue? Well, that's what I'm intrigued back is when Melissa just said it's cocoa. And I'm like, yeah, how do they. But cocoa is brown.

Exactly. And that's why I'm so it's really cool how they do the red food coloring. They put it in the actual not whipping cream. What is that called cream cheese? What is that? No, that's the icing buttermilk.

So they put she puts the red the red food color in the buttermilk and then puts it in the brown. So the red is just food coloring. It's not not a flavoring at all. Exactly.

So chocolate cake with red food coloring. Yep. Yeah, it's disappointing. I didn't realize that either. But wait, Holly, so do they put blue? Is it baby blue dark blue?

Oh, I don't have to share a picture of it with you, but it's it's not baby blue. It's like, oh gosh, I'm like it's heel blue. It's very pretty. It's a very beautiful color blue turquoise blue.

And what's the icing cream cheese is like it's like a truly it's like a red velvet cake and it's up to its blue. So I can't wait to make the cream cheese icing because that's my favorite. I like that too.

That's the only thing I like that. And I didn't know like to put a little bit of vanilla in your cream cheese icing. I've never made cream cheese icing so I wouldn't even know. I haven't made that for years.

It's softened butter softened cream cheese, 10x sugar and a little bit of vanilla, which I never knew. I think there was vanilla in it. Really see. Yeah. I didn't know that. So I'm super super excited to make that. And then we leave on vacation. So I'm so excited for that.

Yeah, I thought that was so cool. Oh, I love to know you know me flamingos are like my favorite and they have the gum flamingo walk like the flamingos just like walked through the place was so cool. That's good. I love to be like a ballet. Yeah.

Really. They're almost as tall as me. Did they come near you? Yeah. We weren't allowed to touch them. They said they don't like to be touched because they're very particular about cleaning themselves. So they get very upset if you touch them. I was like it within like a half a foot from it.

I just wasn't allowed to touch it. But yeah, they were so cold. The one did a pause for me. Oh, wait, where was that because I haven't been on Instagram. Did you put on Instagram? Yeah, it was so cute. So we went to see his house two days ago just for a picnic. And my friend Hunter who has, you know, she rescues animals. She brought her new baby cow.

And it's a miniature cow. I never had a miniature cow. And they're cloning them. She said and I was like, oh, that's not isn't that mean and she is, you know, but it was so sweet. It sleeps in bed with her sometimes when it takes naps.

Oh, my goodness. That's pretty funny. That is. I can't sleep in her bed. Yep. She said I nap with her sony mollet Morgan sleeping my bed. Oh, oh, poor Morgan.

She don't sleep with me. I can't believe that. She doesn't want to do or she loves it. She loves it. I say Morgan's time for bed. She gets up and goes right into her cage. Like I couldn't even put her in the bed. She just goes right into her cage. She likes it.

She's really put her in there to sleep. When we had Molly Greg would sing time for bed time for bed and Molly would run into the cage. Yeah, she likes it. So I was going to just have her in it when I was potty training her. So she didn't pee in my bed and then take her out. But I don't know she seems to like it in there so much.
