and this is another edition of Star Wars Rank.

Meaning I guess, Rankin Things in Star Wars in this one was a delightful challenge today.

We are going to rank our favorite characters of the star,

Wars Cantina, Chalman's Cantina, Chalman's Spaceport Cantina.

You know the Cantina from a new hope.

To do that with me today is Joseph Scrimshaw.

Oh, I'm so happy to be here in doing this.

I was really happy with this topic because this is something that I want to do every time I watch

a new hope. Like I'm usually watching it for some other reason to just enjoy it or to analyze

some scene and like every time I watch it, I'm just like, but I want to pause every shot of the

Cantina and learn every name. And this is a really fun exercise and just spend a ton of quality time

in the Cantina. An exercise indeed and a fun Star Wars way. Even you and I, we've been around

this Cantina for a few decades now, Joseph. We've been around this one. But that doesn't mean

you know, doesn't mean you know everything. The names have changed. The late 80s introduced

the card games, the role playing games and all these things that suddenly give names to creatures

that canner once called this and all these kind of things. It was a fun, fun, fun thing to do to

just find out who was that. What's the story there and connect to the early feelings for me

of being seven and going, look at that little guy. Who was that guy doing? So this is going to be

an adventure indeed. Yeah, yeah. And you really highlight it there. But this is one of the most

unique, I think, junctures of Star Wars fandom where there is all of this legends canon for names

...
