I feel like that makes it feel more glamorous to me.

It's like you're on the French Riviera.

Yes, I'm not on the French Riviera, but I am going to Italy.

So I have a long plane trip ahead of me and some relaxation time monopolized by no children.

So I'm coming to my co-host, Vic Mattis, here on Getting Hammered, to ask him as the well-read

editor of the Weekend Beacon, which deals with the culture and the arts, what should I be

consuming while I'm on my vacation?

I have this precious time before me, either on video on

the plane or reading a book, Pulsai. Chow, Mary Catherine. That's the first day I was going to say.

I feel like the guy that gets on the TV on the news and he does the travel tips, the travel tips guy

about like baggage and things like that.

Okay.

So this is on summer reads.

You know, it's always very light.

So this is the, this is about summer reads.

But here's the thing.

You're going on maybe like a seven hour flight or something like that, seven, eight hour flight.

It's long because you got to cut through the midsection of the globe. Do you like watching the movies or do you try to

be like, I'm just going to, I'm really going to get to finish whatever book I'm reading right now

and not look? Or do you end up watching like four movies? So I do end up usually watching movies on

...
