It is hot, hot, hot, everywhere this summer.

And as we are recording this, we are experiencing more than one week of 110 plus temperatures here in Arizona, which is not rare for us this time of year.

But the monsoon rain hasn't really

come in yet. And we are just hot. It's relentless right now. So it is that time of year where we

turn to anything we can for some semblance of relief from the relentless sun. What are your most

recent things you've done to mentally cope we were texting about? Yes, I am into this.

You have to be. I am leaning all the

way in to planning for back to school and fall. Yeah. We are about to go back to school. It will still

be hot for a long time, but that just feels like a new season. I think starting school a little

earlier than I normally do or intended to has really helped me cope this summer. Yeah, because you kind of change at least the rhythm of life and you know that that will bring

you into better weather and like your fall routines and things.

And as I was just joking with you before we started, I want to hear about everyone's new school

just anyone talking about routine, I think because routine feels so absent from my life right now
