Thanks to all of our patrons smashing our first community goal, this week we have a special

hour-long episode to celebrate. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank each and every

one of you for your support. It really means a lot to me and helps

me to continue making this show. And it's because of you guys that this week we have a special

double-length episode. Thank you. So, let's get right to it. Our story for this week is a big one,

and also one of my favourites in all the time I've been reading

and translating Japanese creepypastas.

This one's called

Our entire class fought an evil spirit. It may seem unbelievable, but this is a true story.

I don't care whether you think it's fake or not, because even though it might sound fake,

it's real.

I've changed a few things here and there in order to protect who we are, but otherwise, this is a true story.

The title states that we fought, but in reality, it was mostly us getting beat up.

I've never written this all down before anywhere, so bear with me.

First, let me tell you a little bit about myself and two of my friends at the time.

There's me, a tiny second grader, dependent on friends in the Wind Instrument Club.

I'm a rather subdued existence in my class.

I'm never teased, but I'm kind of looked down on by others.

Then there's Hosoki, my friend since junior high.

He's also in the Wind Instrument Club.
