And I think it's kind of funny because, like, this is just, I could just gobble this up all day long.

But I think maybe it's a little too

dense to just read. So I'm going to. I'm going to finish it now. But I'm going to do something

very different for the next, our next Saturday story time.

I toyed with the idea last time, and I've decided to do it, even though it's going to be a ton of work.

This Rhythm, Riots and Revolution by David Noble, or Nobel, I can't tell.

The book is loaded with really good research and insights into what were Russian experiments

with music, how music influences children and adolescents and stuff, and then how

record companies here, like folk songs and everything, were adopting and even being funded by

communist techniques, communist parties stuff. And a lot of this stuff that the footnotes are from

testimony from the House on American Activities Committee, but a lot of it is as you can verify it and it's come out later that a lot of that stuff in the House on American Activities Committee, but a lot of it is, as you can verify it, and it's come out

But this thing in itself, talking about the sci-op of the music, messing with kids' heads,

which is very interesting, it has its own siops.

So it's a lot of red scare, communist propaganda stuff.

It's written by a guy of the Christian crusade. It has like a racist stuff in it. It's going to be,

it's going to be a challenge for me to navigate this and pull out what's interesting and good

about it without letting all like the weird tainty stuff

crawl all over it. So I'm going to try. I don't know how it's going to go, but I'm going to put

the effort in. So you can look forward to that. The first episode is going to be next week.

Or maybe I'll try to squeeze in a conversation with somebody about our enemy the state and knock.
