cookbooks that I am loving lately and that are just bringing me some much needed dinner and kitchen

inspiration. Okay. The first is weekday vegetarians by Jenny Rosenstrak. I know that you know about

this one. I think that you have it too, right? So that one I got it for Christmas. It just has

beautiful, bright, inviting food photography.

And I just, I love a vegetarian cookbook that anything in there, I don't have to modify, leave out anything, and we can cook it for our family.

We have especially loved just last week we made the crispy tofu sandwiches with coleslaw.
