Biobalance. What is it?

Biobalance is the constant, you know, fluctuating and of the balance and imbalance of brain chemicals, of blood sugar that influence our feelings,

some of these symptoms, the ups and downs of our mood. And so navigating our biobalance means

feeding our body and our brain optimally so we feel our best and make our best choices. In the past, we had some strategy

to try to achieve bio balance, like when I was a child, my strategy to achieve biobalance,

and I would never have used this language. But it was, you know, simple carbohydrates, white bread, sugar, you know,

junk food, like I loved it. With normal detox, detox eliminates, you know, the strategy of

using alcohol to try to achieve biobalance. And so what do I do? I use like other things like what I was talking

about, sugar and carbohydrates. For some people, it could be fats and salts, specifically the

allergy type biochemistry. So where traditional detox uses pharmaceuticals to manage post-acute

withdrawal symptoms, a biodeotox uses food, the pro-recovery diet and nutraceuticals,

which is essentially amino acids and supplements, to manage these same triggers.
