It has been such a full year and we are trying to thank very intentionally about all our

conversations and what we've learned this year.

So on Tuesday's episode, if you listened, we critiqued some of those conversations.

Conversations were still thinking about months later that prompted really enriching discussions

If you've been listening for a long time, you know that we typically divide our episodes

into three segments.
