Today, we are talking all about the last seven days on the Regent Seven Seas Explorer, cruising Alaska from Whittier to Vancouver. We went to both Hubbard and Dawes Glaciers and had three ports of call: Icy Strait Point, Klawock, and Victoria BC. But, the star of the show was this amazing ship. This is our first time sailing an ultra-luxury cruise line and we are breaking down everything we loved and didn’t love so much with Regent Seven Seas…Enjoy!

0:08.0	You're listening to episode number 701, and this is our trip report from the last seven nights aboard our Regent Seven Seas, Alaskan southbound cruise.
0:39.2	Hey everybody, Dan and Leslie here. Thanks for joining us today. I am going to apologize right now for my voice because in true cruise fashion, I have caught a little bit of a cold on travel, and so I sound a little funny.
0:46.1	Luckily, it came on just really in earnest today, and we get off in about 12 hours, full disclosure.
0:52.3	We are still on the cruise ship. We are in our rooms doing some
0:55.6	work, but the cruise for all intents and purposes is over. We did get off today in Victoria,
1:03.7	British Columbia. We will get to that. But yeah, all we have left is dinner. The bags are already
1:08.6	packed and we get off at 7.30 in the morning tomorrow so we
1:10.9	can make it to the Vancouver airport and come home. So there wasn't going to be enough time to
1:15.9	actually do the recording once we get home tomorrow night, which is Wednesday. So we wanted to
1:21.6	not miss our normally posting schedule, our normal posting schedule yes that's that's english um
1:28.8	and we wanted to get this out on time so we are recording this one day earlier on tuesday june
1:33.5	10th yes so i am so excited to talk about everything that this cruise had to offer and our thoughts
1:39.6	and our experiences and all of that um i will say i I just think that the land portion, and if you haven't listened to that yet,

1:53.7	That was a highlight.
1:55.7	It was just such a spectacular experience getting to go so far north into Alaska,
2:00.5	see all the animals, and get
2:02.1	to experience that land portion, which we've never done before. Absolutely. Could not agree more.
2:07.5	Also, this is our first one-way sailing in Alaska. So this is our third Alaskan cruise we have done.
