I have learned so much and I can relate to just about everything you guys talk about. Special thanks because your podcast encouraged me to push myself out of my comfort zone to actively seek challenge rather than avoid.

That led me to pursue a huge life change when my husband and I left a decade long career with the UN and we moved to Washington to start a new season of life.

Fun fact every Saturday I listened to the podcast while running on the national mall from the Congress building to Lincoln Memorial and back that run in your words of wisdom.
