Well, they've come down by 0.01% but they have stopped increasing, and they're increasingly more buy-to-let products on the market. So all those deals that are being pulled because prices were all over the place, they're now finding their way back on, meaning if you are taking out a mortgage or refinancing at the moment, you're going to have more options. And the person from Money Facts says that sentiment is improved, swap rates are coming down, and there are few expectations for base rate hikes. So all sounding good, Rob, but mortgages are the hot topic of the moment.
