everyone, we have read beyond the headline. Yes, and stabilised is the word, because over the past week, rates have not been coming down. Well, they've come down by 0.01% but they have stopped increasing, and they're increasingly more buy-to-let products on the market. So all those deals that are being pulled because prices were all over the place, they're now finding their way back on, meaning if you are taking out a mortgage or refinancing at the moment, you're going to have more options. And the person from Money Facts says that sentiment is improved, swap rates are coming down, and there are few expectations for base rate hikes. So all sounding good, Rob, but mortgages are the hot topic of the moment. So make sure you're listening to the podcast over the next couple of weeks because we've got a mortgage broker coming on to the show to give you the inside story and tell you exactly what you should be thinking about right now.
