Hey guys, I can't believe I'm saying this, but it's our 100th episode today,

0:14.8

which blows my fucking mind. And it blows my mind because we've been doing this since 2017,

0:24.6

which is nuts. And I'm just honestly overwhelmed with so much gratitude for our listeners,

0:31.2

either from day one or new listeners. I just honestly, I love you guys so much and I'm so appreciative

0:38.7

that you've stayed loyal or are newly loyal or anything. Just the fact that you're listening to

0:45.9

this right now is super meaningful to me. I had no idea where this would be when I started it

0:52.5

on my couch with my friend. And here we are. So it's pretty amazing. So thank you guys all so

1:00.8

boyfriend is. So she gave me the honor of doing that on the podcast, which is really exciting.

1:39.2

1:52.6

I responded that it's like a huge turn off if you're too available. And a lot of people reached out

1:56.9

to me and they were like, what is that? What does that mean? What does it mean to be too available? How

2:02.0

do I be less available? Or like, can you elaborate on that? So this is me elaborating on that. I think

2:10.4

that being too available just means saying yes right away to any date that the person suggests.

2:20.7

I think it's hard because you can't really fake being busy. You should just be busy. You

2:28.8

should make plans. You should put yourself out there. You shouldn't be the kind of person who

2:34.4

is always just waiting to be asked to go out or to do something. You should be proactive and
