Today's play is their adaptation of the Edgar Allan Poe classic, The Tell,

Tell, Tell Heart. The Tell Tell Heart is a short story, of course, written by Edgar Allan Poe,

and it was first published in 1843. It is often considered a classic of the Gothic fiction genre and is one of Edgar Allan Poe's best-known short stories.

Our starring actors today are Fred Gwynne, who plays the role of the father, and Robert

Dryden, who plays the role of Uncle Jonas.
