Got a good play for you all today from Suspense, one of my favorite programs of old time radio.

This was a program that ran for about 20 years from 1942 to 1962.

Today's play stars Mr. Van Heflin.

Van Heflin was born December 13th of 1908 and he was an American theater, radio,

and film actor. He played mostly character parts over the course of his film career,

but during the 1940s, he had a string of roles as the leading man. Van Heflin won the Academy Award for Best

Supporting Actor for his performance in the movie Johnny Eager of 1942. He also had memorable roles

in westerns such as Shane of 1953, 310 to Yuma of 1957, and Gunman's Walk of 1958. He passed away July

23rd of 1971. The title of today's play is Three Blind Mice, and this one aired January 30th of 1947.
