Welcome back to the podcast.

I've got a good one for you guys today from the Inner Sanctum.

And the play is called Portrait of Death.

Now, we've aired the Inner Sanctum before, so I'm not going to talk a lot about it.

But the Inner Sanctum show was a radio drama that originally aired on the Blue

Network between January 7th of 1941 and October 5th of 1952. A total of 527 episodes were produced, but unfortunately guys, a lot of those have been lost to time.

I know, so sad.

Less than 200 are known to exist today, but nevertheless, we take what we can get, right?

Today's play also stars Leslie Woods, and we've spoken about her in the past as well,

so I'm not going to spend much time on her either, but she was an American radio stage and television actress of the mid-20th century,

and she was very popular and played a whole lot of roles. So if you want to know more about her,

I think I talked more about her in detail. In one of the early episodes that we did, I think it was

voice on the wire. So go check out that episode. And I believe that's where we talk a little bit more

about Ms. Leslie Woods here. All right, everybody. Well, let's go ahead and get into today's play.
