If you've ever sat down and talked to someone who has worked in customer service,

then you know they have walked through the fire when it comes to dealing with

difficult customers. Absolutely that's a tough job man. They have so many great

stories and that's the case for one Starbucks employee who's going viral after

using Google Voice to reenact an

exchange that she had with a customer who asked for a caramel Frappuccino but

stress the point that she had a serious allergic reaction to dairy and would need the

drink to be made with almond milk instead. Simple, easy. Like I get it that's a

logical request. Now you say she used Google Voice that That's a trend on Tik-talk, right?

Yes, it is. It's a trend right now with the younger folks.
