Dynasty, and Minor League related.

Today we're joined by Alex Coyle.

He's the lead broadcaster for the Memphis Redbirds, the AAA affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals.

We worked together back a little bit in Indy Ball.

We were both interns for the Florence Yalls, so representing the Yalls today and Indy Ball. So good that we can

kind of keep that connection going and bring Alex on the podcast today. We're going to be talking a bit

about kind of the general kind of state of AAA, some like rule changes that have been happening,

some players in the Cardinals organization that Alex has seen. So I'm really excited to get into that.

But before we do, Alex, how are you doing today, man?

I'm doing well.

Just got done with the MLB Desert Invitation a lot here in Arizona.

So at six games this weekend, got to see a lot of soon-to-be minor league prospects and big

leaguers play for their colleges. It was a fun weekend out here, that's for sure.

Yeah, absolutely. Was there a, was there like a team that really impressed you that you think

is, like, going to be really good this year? Well, so it's so hard to judge because, you know, especially at the college

baseball level, there's so many unknowns. But like where Grand Canyon University's program is right

now, it's really impressive to see where that started and where it is. Like they were the only

team to go three and oh this weekend. They were the only team to go 3-0 this weekend.

They were really good.

Ohio State has some really good young freshman arms that showed up out of the bullpen.

So they look good with a 2-1 weekend.
