Jake is going to be taking an early stint on the IL today. He's a little bit under the weather, but he should be back on the mic soon. But luckily, I'm off the bench from our dynasty team at pitcherless. We have Matt Heckman stepping in. Matt, how are you doing today? I'm doing good.

Thanks for having me on. I watched the World Baseball Classic last night. So Kyle Schwerber hit that big three run, home run. As a Phillies fan always love when that happens. But I'm doing good. Yeah, excited to be on the podcast. Absolutely. Again, thanks for stepping in. and what we're going to be talking about today, as dynasty drafts are most likely getting into their later rounds if you've been doing slow drafts. We wanted to

kind of jump into the deep end of the pool, especially for deep leagues and look at some prospect

pictures that could be notable, kind of some hidden gems that we are looking to uncover

for our Deep Dynasty League players. But before doing so, Matt, we always like to kind of shout

out anything that's caught our eye in spring training or like you mentioned, now that we have

the World Baseball Classic going on. So outside of the Schwabrebaum, anything else of note that you've seen? I mean, it's just glad. I'm glad that baseball back. I feel like that's the biggest thing. I've been watching some prospects. Casey Schmidt, I've been tweeted about him a couple of times. I think now David Valar is hurt. I think Casey Schmidt has a real chance. I think people are doubting whether he breaks camp. And I still don't know how likely it is. He breaks camp with the Giants, but that glove is so good. And so that bat just needs to be average. I think he'll be with the team sooner. He's been somebody I've been keeping a close eye on this spring. He's really stood out. Yeah, we talked about Schmidt. That's one of Jake's guys. We talked about Schmidt a couple episodes ago as well. So definitely you're in line with the on the farm thinking. And I saw that as well, that Valar a little banged up now. So, you know, potential openings for Schmidt. And I agree wholeheartedly. the glove is is where he really kind of made

his name in the organization and I think what they've seen in the last year or so with the

bat is like icing on the cake for them and yeah if that maintains then he's going to be able to

play somewhere especially we know um with the Giants there again one of those teams and we talked

about it last last episode I believe again, one of those teams, and we talked about it, last episode, I believe,
