I feel like I got to talk about it all the time.

I was forced to do it in Arizona on the panels,

all the stuff with our podcast too.

Look, Seth Lugo is exactly like Zach Eflin from last year from two years ago, right?

Like he squeezed the most out of his stuff as curveball was absurdly good.

And everything that he does is just trying to figure out how do I get to my curb bowl again.

And sometimes that was great where he has, of course, like eight pitches,

but it's really two sets of four where it's different arm angles.
