What is happening. Welcome to the On the Corner podcast. My name is Nick Pollock. We have a bonus episode today. I wasn't actually planning on doing a podcast on this mock draft at all. But then again, Ben Pernick is in the second pitcherless staff mock draft that we did. And if you don't know Ben Pernick, he is the only staffer outside of myself

who has been on the team since the inception of pitcher gifts, not even pitcher list.

And Ben was my roommate, my junior year in college at Brandeis. He's currently in Israel.

And I'm just so happy to have him here today.

I feel like, you know, if anyone deserves this, it's you, Ben.

stuff initially the first year. Yeah, in the early days, it was some prospect stuff. But now you do

the, do the ones on Wednesdays. It's actually kind of funny. When I'm in dire need of an SP Roundup

pun, I can't do it really anymore because Ben, of course, is in a different time zone than I am now. But I used to say, okay, Penn, I need a pun, and he would always have one for me.

He is the only one I truly trust on staff to beat me inside of an pun off if I needed a headline.
