Welcome to the first pitch Arizona edition of On the Corner.

For the third year in a row, I am your injury replacement host, Miles Nelson,

stepping in for Eric Samolsky, who unfortunately could not be here this weekend.

And as always, every year, I am honored to introduce a very

special guest, brand new to the podcast. No one's ever heard of this guy, Nick Pollock.

I think this is the first podcast, of course, of the conference. And I would like to thank everyone

at Baseball HQ for inviting us, sending all this up. And of course,

all of you for being here today. We thought about what to do for this one. And in previous years,

we've done more like a bit of a review of the year. We're just going to talk about 2024 today,

just in the best way we can think of. And Miles, how are we going to do that? We're going to talk

about pitching in 2024.

Shocker, for those of you who are listening to the podcast, you might not know this, but

Nick Pollock is known for talking about pitching.

And so we're going to talk about pitching in 2024.

You know, there's a lot that can change between now and March.

But we can look at the early landscape. We actually just now over the past week at Pitcher List did two mock

drafts. They are live on the website. You can see how these mock drafts played out. For those of you in

the room, there are cheat sheets that there will be a test on at the end of this evening. But you can see how these drafts played out.
