0:33.0	On Thursday evening, the NCAA announced penalties for Florida State,
0:37.0	Alex Atkins, and the NIL collective Rise and Spear,
0:41.0	and it was in regards to, although not named specifically. In that report, the

0:50.4	probably pretty well. Per the report, Alex Atkins drove Mims to a meeting with a booster and at the time the chief executive officer of the NIL collective, Rising Spear, not to be confused with the battle's end.

1:10.4	Quote, the assistant coach transported the prospect and his parents to and from an off-campus
1:15.1	meeting with a booster who at the time was the chief executive officer of an

1:23.0	The prospect and his parents stated the assistant coach informed them that they would be meeting
1:27.3	with the booster.
1:28.3	The coach did not stay for the meeting.
1:30.4	The coach, not named there there is Alex Atkins.
1:34.0	Continuing, during the meeting, the booster engaged the prospect to enroll at Florida State and offered him an
1:39.5	NEL opportunity with the collective worth approximately 1500 or,000 per month during his first year at the school.
1:48.6	After the meeting, the booster contacted the prospect and the prospect's mother via text message and or phone call.
1:54.3	Shortly thereafter, the prospect withdrew his name from the transfer portal and remained at the previous school.
1:59.8	The prospect did not enter into an agreement with the booster or receive any related compensation.
