I learned recently because we watched the eclipse more on that in a few weeks this week on this week on Friday

That eclipses are longer than I thought they were I guess every instance in movie or TV where an eclipse has been seen in my mind is like

well it's happening like it's just like a minute right like it's quick

and the moon will slide into place extremely quickly,

then stay over the sun as long as necessary

and then slide off the sun as quickly as possible.

And I guess I just internalize that a lot more

than I thought, because we were watching the eclipse and like,

this is going for a while.

Yeah, yeah. The partial eclipse lasts like an hour and a half. We've been out here for like an hour and

it's barely like a little nibble.
