women in domestic violence situations.

It's tricky to figure out how to be a good man.

And today's guest, Oshiginsberg, is a thoughtful, beautiful, soulful man.

A man I look up to, a man many Australians look up to is one of the most popular television

personalities in Australia, having been the host of Australian Idol, the host of the Bachelor, the host of the Bachelorette, the host of

the masked singer, he's the voice of Bondi Rescue, and he has his own podcast called Better

Than Yesterday, which focuses largely on his struggles with mental health and what it means to be a good

man, what it means to be a good person. He like me is the father of a young boy.

And the two of us have been talking recently about the challenges of understanding the role of being a man in a world where we're expected to shoulder the sins of all men who have ever lived and the sins of men who currently live who

might be violent, reprehensible individuals, how we carry the stain of supposedly toxic

masculinity in balance with our own resilience and our own vulnerability.
