The minute I cross a lobby in a building to see a client my phone goes off and into my bag.

For some of you that's like, oh my God, it's just like telling a drug addict to go cold turkey and if you can't switch your phone off put it into flight

mode and if you can't put it into flight mode put it into silent mode and if you can't do any of those things, switch

all the red dots notifications off on your phone and in that scale of things to do you'll eventually

progress to getting the phone off. So I'm in the

lobby switch the phone off put it in my bag. Step into the lift three deep breaths and

I'm deliberate in taking breathing through my nose, down through my throat, all the way to my lungs, right to the bottom of my lungs and out through my mouth.

And while I'm doing that, I'm simply asking myself the question, how can I serve who I'm meeting with the best?
