For centuries, even thousands of years, hunting was done with dogs.

Whether it's ancient Egyptians and their artwork that you find in the tombs, right up through

Renaissance artwork, you will see hunters accompanied by dogs, specifically coursing hounds.

There was a gentleman in Scotland that my good friend is alleging,

invented or at least inspired the movement that became spot and stock hunting.

And this is really fascinating to me.

I may challenge him a little bit on that, but let me

introduce to you, folks, Sam Thompson, head gamekeeper at the Victorian estate, or the estate

that dates back to Victorian Times in Scotland, where we're hunting red stag. You've been on the podcast before.

You were rather popular, Sam.
