Happy International Workers Day everyone. As I mentioned my name is Rachel Herzing. I am from the Center for

political education and I want to thank you for joining us for another Friday night forum.

For those of you who are new, thank you for joining us for those of you who are

returning. We're grateful to have you back.

Friday Night Forums are a collaboration between the Red Nation Center for Political Education

and Arab Organizing and Resource Center.

They're critical conversations on Settler. Arab Organizing and Resource Center.

There are critical conversations on settler colonialism,

U.S. imperialism, decolonization, and internationalism.

And because the COVID-19 pandemic is global, our responses to it must also be global.

And Friday Night Forums give us an opportunity to be exposed to new perspectives and to learn lessons about organizing from around the world

with attention to decolonizing Turtle Island.
