Summary

A former executive and someone who will never be one are definitely the most qualified people to evaluate NBA organizations! But if we don’t do it, who will? We examine each team’s organizational resume and determine which we’d most want running our team if we were fans, evaluating each team based on key criteria like their drafting, trade, and free agency record.

Welcome on to a Hollinger and Duncan, which I will actually look into the camera while doing the intro.

0:06.4

We are making some huge progress here.

0:10.4

It is kind of hard.

0:12.6

What do you look at at?

0:14.6

I'm looking at a wall.

0:18.2

It is kind of hard to set up a camera because I have my monitor in front of me.

0:22.9

I have to look at all the stuff that I actually, like my notes and all that.

0:27.6

Yes, I actually do take notes.

1:18.3

into as well. Overall organizational development is something that will come into this as well.

1:23.5

Also, maybe we should talk about how we're market agnostic here in theory. Yes. Yeah. So the fact that you're LA or New York, that doesn't get you bonus points. So that you're able to attract free agents or whatever. So we're grading you on a curve based on that. Yeah. Yeah. If you want to put the buses in, you know, some mid-tier market, how would they perform? That's kind of what we're thinking of here. How would this group do in various different MBA situations?

2:01.8

So let's drill down a little bit more then.
