I think every two years is probably a good time horizon for this to talk about our organization rankings. So give a few a few criteria here. And before we even get into the things we're looking at, this is the organization owner front office,

not the coach, however.

We do separate coach rankings.

So yeah, so this is, the criteria here is if we were fans of a random team,

which organization from the owner on down would we want running our team?

So that is the overarching criteria here. And however, there are a number of things

to get into of just what we're going to look at hiring the coach. Obviously, we already hit

on one. What other factors are going to factor into our analysis here, John? Well, you know,

I think from a fan perspective, they tend to focus on the fantasy GM aspect of it, right?

You know, traded so-and-so, drafted so-and-so.

I think when you talk to people in the league, they're also focused on kind of what the internal processes are like and what the experience is like for the people who are actually there. In other words,

the nuts and bolts of of the things that would be predictive of success in the future. So and those,

I mean, they're highly correlated, but they're not 100% correlated. And I do think it's an important distinction because there are

some teams that have gotten some things right, but you would still, if you talk to people in the

league, they'd be like, oh yeah, they're a shit show. And so that's definitely part of it. And that the
