Summary

The only difference between ordinary and extraordinary is the word extra. In this series, John teaches you eight things you need a little extra of in order to be extraordinary. In part one, John tells you the first three things you need to increase your respect, value, compensation, and perception.

Going the extra mile may be the one thing that makes you and your organization stand out among the rest.

During Mark and Richard’s discussion, you’ll learn that you cannot exceed expectations if you don’t set them first. You’ll be challenged to identify the areas where you can invest more time and effort so you can become extraordinary.

Our BONUS resource for this series is the Ordinary to Extraordinary Worksheet, which includes fill-in-the-blank notes from John’s teaching. You can download the worksheet by visiting MaxwellPodcast.com/extraordinary and clicking “Download the Bonus Resource.”
