Summary

The only difference between ordinary and extraordinary is the word extra. In this series, John teaches you eight things you need a little extra of in order to be extraordinary. In part one, John tells you the first three things you need to increase your respect, value, compensation, and perception.

Going the extra mile may be the one thing that makes you and your organization stand out among the rest.

1:02.0	When we think of ordinary, we think of those kind of words.

1:08.2	What words come to your mind when you are asked to describe extraordinary?
1:13.7	You see, when I think of extraordinary, I don't think of common and I don't think
1:18.4	of average.
1:20.0	When I think of extraordinary, I think of words such as, amazing, huge, way above average.
1:30.3	Now, here's what I want you to notice.
1:32.6	There's not much difference between ordinary and extraordinary.
