I always get a little bit nervous when I hit the start button on a Monday because I never know what's going to happen. And even right now, I hear some distortion in this microphone that I shouldn't have. So I'll have to be diagnosing that one as we move forward tonight. But anyway, I hope you had a great weekend. I hope you're ready for a good show. We have a first time guest on tonight. Elizabeth Eagle will be joining us.

Elizabeth is a spiritual warrior. We'll be talking about orbs, light beings, and ancient civilizations.

She's written some books on those topics, including a book called Orbs and Light Beings, Living

Light Illuminated. And also another book called Atlantis Risen, UFOs and Orbs.

I'm anxious to see what the connection between UFOs and Orbs is.

That'll be awesome.

It's turned quite cold here in the Northeast.

So we are now, I think, officially into the Northeast winter, even though the calendar

doesn't say that yet, but that's the way it is up here in upstate New York.

What happens is winter precedes the calendar by at least six weeks, and it follows the official date of spring by

another six weeks.

So what's that workout to be?

Twelve weeks of additional winter that the calendar doesn't give us credit for.

That's just the way it is.
