There's so much injustice in the world. We need all voices and I'm just one of them.

There are all types of women in prison and we're showing you the truth.

We have the whole world in our show,

all colors, all sizes, all different types of women, all ages.

People are finally seeing themselves on television.

I think the greatest thing that Orange is a new black gave me was my voice.

We've broken so many barriers that I cannot stay quiet.

Why did it take so long to have a show like this?

Hollywood is very big.

I want to open the doors for people like me,

they underrepresented person in Hollywood. I thought you had to be beautiful to make it in

Hollywood and you could be beautiful and still ugly. It's not about the way you look like, it's about what you give,

you know, about who you are.

No voice is too small.

If you believe something is wrong, speak up.

And if you get in trouble, at least you know you're fighting for a cause. They say that the human race is doomed, that we have lost touch with our true nature.

That the media has corrupted us, and that the planet has no future.

I disagree. I believe that humanity is full of hope and that our salvation lies within each one of us.
