Greetings everybody. My name is Brian Rose. Welcome to London Real. Today my guest is Rich Roll.

Oh wait a minute. I am sitting in Brian's chair in the Heralded London Real Studios and today we're flipping the equation a little bit.

I'm going to be interviewing Brian, which I've been looking forward to for a very long time,

so thank you for doing this with me today my pleasure yeah I'm excited to talk to you

it's a little bit like Groundhog Day because you were kind enough to invite me over to your home for dinner

a couple nights ago then yesterday I did your show and today you're doing my show.

So this is our third consecutive conversation,

but the great thing about it is that they've all been really

meaningful conversation, so I feel very connected to you.

You know, it's really nice.

And usually I like to go into an interview without having had too much interaction with the guest.

I know we talked about that the other day,

that you prefer that as well.

This is not that case, but I think there's plenty

to explore with you.

And I think what's cool about your story is that although the facts of our

respective experiences are very different, I think in the Venn diagram of our lives there's quite a bit of

overlap and so I relate to a lot of the things that you've kind of gone through

and overcome to be in the place that you're at today.

And I should say just publicly before we even begin

that you've been an inspiration to me for a very long time.
