Team Mobile also naming a new chief executive that will lead that telecom giant outgoing CEO Mike Sievert.

And the new CEO, Srinna Gopoulon, is going to join us first on CNBC.

That'll be just a few moments from now.

And President Trump's $100,000 fee for H-1B visas is causing confusion. It is forcing big tech to scramble.

Who is most exposed and what that may mean for attracting global talent to the U.S.?

Let's get to the Oracle News this morning. Some major leadership changes. The company naming Clay McGork and Mike Cecilia as co-CEO's. Current CEO, Sofricat, set to become the executive vice chair of the board of directors.

We've got, I think, Moulson Corps is also in this front today, Jim. Well, I got to tell you, there's some very exciting ones because I think, well, that we, Mike here are people who are successful, okay? This is not the kind of thing. I mean, we're going to have to leave this. I'm not talking about most, of course, but Saffircats is amazing.

She did an incredible job.

If you take a look at the performance, I don't even know. What's the kind of total sharehold return there? You know, I checked in with her. She's just, all she says is, it's a great thing. Yeah. shot of him. And I think that, you know how much I think she's fabulous.

Executive Vice Chair, kind of similar to what Sievert's going to be doing as well at Team Mobile. That said any sense as to why now at Oracle, Jim? I think it's a big victory. It's a big victory. It's time to have someone who's directly related to the cloud infrastructure and someone directly related to AI. That'd be good. Software's from the other side of the equation, but software's a winner, one of the most remarkable CEOs.

Just incredibly intense. By the way, worked with one of the toughest founders there is. What an achievement.

And I just want to say congratulations to her. She's just fabulous. Yeah, I mean,

one year, we've talked about the incredible accretion of value. Very recently, of course,

stuck up over 30% as a result of the significant increase in their backlog related to data centers,

AI cloud. And then you can look over time as well.

But to your point, Larry Ellison, 81 years old, still chief technology officer and still chairman of the board.

Still crushing it.
