1:10.5	this podcast, I spoke of a not-so-great holiday I had
1:15.6	where I didn't do such a good job of connecting with my family.

1:40.8	My name is Jay Brown, and I am going to be leaving tomorrow,
1:48.8	which is going to be probably the day or two before this posts, to go to my in-laws place in Virginia. I do that every year for the holidays. And last year was actually wonderful.
1:55.6	I think the kids are getting older, and so they play on their own a lot more which leaves us adults to have a more relaxed
2:05.3	time so I think it's going to be good and I'm looking forward to it I always think of this
2:14.3	one particular thing when it comes to holidays.
2:18.8	And it starts with something that I teach in my class.
