Welcome to one question Monday everyone. This is where Payton Basker, Dr.

0:09.2

Payton Basker and I answer one of your questions as concisely as possible. So today we are going to get into

0:16.8

crunches. There is a lot of talk on social media about how crunches are bad.

0:24.7

Stop doing crunches, like do different ab exercises instead.

0:28.6

But we do a lot of crunches and we do it in a variation

0:31.8

where we put a ball behind our back and we think they're excellent for hypertrophy.

I could see where maybe they're coming from there.

1:25.4

1:37.2

So I could see it from that perspective.

1:39.2

I don't think this is as much as how they think of it, but from a PT perspective, I could see maybe some PT's
