Hey, Ken. So, uh, for you guys may have seen Eric on here before. Uh, Eric's firm. He's with

it's Beach Fleshman, and he's a senior

tax advisor there. He's a CPA. He has his master's in accounting. And he basically does

our corporate and personal tax returns of which, gosh, it's got to be over 100 of a hundred of them

now, right, Eric? Yeah, keeping us very busy.

Yeah, us and many other clients, but I'm your favorite for sure.

So, anyway, we meet every quarter, and, you know, tax planning is a big, big piece.

And so, Eric, thanks.

You know, I know we're, you know, right in the middle of April here.

There's a lot happening in these stimulus packages, you know, for businesses that just got nailed,

right? And, you know, so I wanted you to kind of articulate from a tax side, you know, and what's

available, because a lot of these are being handled through CPA firms like yourself, you know, and what's available, because a lot of these are being handled

through CPA firms like yourself, you know. And, you know, so let's first talk about, you know,

whether you're a business or you're self-employed or you're an independent contractor,

you know, these things are called PPP and EIDL, you know, what's your paycheck protection program and,

you know, economic injury, disaster loans. Like, you know, it's super confusing all this

money coming down. And also, if you could, you know, I'm hearing that like a lot of the banks

don't like these, you know, the federal government said, hey, you know, let's do this.

And the banks are like going, I don't know if I want to, you know, give out all this money,
