| 1:25.7 | of guest houses across Cambridge to start with in the next hand at Oxford and so on. |
| 1:31.3 | And as we were expanding, I faced a number of challenges operationally for various systems and processes that we had that were quite working out, such as, for example, cleaners forgot to show up or't do a good job, and then the guests would arrive and the whole place was a complete mess. Or we did meet and greets for checking guests in, and the person who was meant to check people in was stuck with the previous guests at another property, and then you had someone waiting outside in the rain for now trying to get in. And the reason we needed to do that is because we need to do a chip and pin transaction to check that their card was true and we wouldn't get a charge back and get the secure deposit. Then we'd have a slip and we'd have to send that slip off their finance team and they'd have to check on checkout date with the housekeepers, have they been damaged or not, |
