And today we're going to talk all about opting out of procrastination or basically how to stop delaying the receiving of your

inheritance, which is one of beauty and joy and abundance. We're going to talk about that

today. I love talking about procrastination because, one, I'm a procrastinator in recovery in all

areas of my life, and I teach a lot about procrastination. We're going to talk about procrastination

in a more traditional sense very, very soon because I'm going to cover perfectionism,

which I think probably a lot of us suffer from,

and I'm going to talk about how procrastination is one of those features of perfectionism.

But today, we're really going to think about procrastination in a different way.

We're going to think about procrastination as it relates to struggle and delay.

And when you procrastinate, you stop or you delay something from happening.

And in this case, we're going to talk about how you can procrastinate your way out of joy,
