If you've been through the week with us, you have really witnessed a

0:23.2

powerful conversation with Dr. Amber and I all about the lies, the myths of motherhood, and how

0:31.8

we can opt in to struggle as mothers and end up teaching our children how to not be joyful. And so in this last

0:41.6

segment, I talked to Dr. Amber all about how she centers joy in her life day to day, outside

0:47.2

of the labels of mother, outside of the labels of a partner, outside of the labels as this

0:52.9

millennial, maternal wellness expert,

0:57.0

how Dr. Amber is just Amber and walks through the world. Again, if you are like me,

that they can learn a new way of embracing motherhood as a black woman.

1:50.4

So share this episode with a mom if you feel inclined to do so.

2:36.3
