And today I want to talk about how to opt into soft mornings.

If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I, when I can, I post a lot about my soft

morning Saturday. Saturday is really my day where I have a full soft morning. I try to have them

during the week. I have the luxury of that because I work for myself. So I set my schedule

and I try to incorporate certain elements into

my life to make sure that I have a soft morning every day, but my real soft morning is on Saturday.

And I thought to myself, that is one of the ways that I have been able to practice good self-care. It's one of the ways I've been able to

really opt out of struggle and grasp tightly joy into my life. And I wanted to talk about that today,

how you can do the same. You know, we all have different circumstances. And so, you know,

you're not maybe able to be an entrepreneur who sets their own schedule. And that has a lot of pros and

cons to it. Maybe you are a mother. And so you have children who may dictate when your morning

starts or when it doesn't, particularly if you have babies at home. Or you just may have a

life that feels hectic and anything but soft. But I promise you that no matter what your

circumstances are, I want to kind of give you a roadmap of how to create a soft morning for

yourself, even if your mornings may feel anything but.

I know for myself, soft mornings was not something that was a part of my life until really recently.

I've said before that I'm a perfectionist in recovery and a workaholic in recovery.

So I was a person who mistook ambition and being really good at my job
