And Achilles is young and vibrant and has such a lovely joy list. Let's tune in to the conversation and hear how she

describes how she centers joy in her life. Welcome back, Akely. This conversation has flown by,

I like to close out by asking them, hopefully the easiest question of the interview,

which is what brings you joy?

So tell us what brings you joy.

I love all these.

I feel like every time you ask a question, I'm like, love this question.

But seriously, love these questions.

Yeah, what brings me joy? Definitely been reflecting a lot on that lately because I've had a lot of

transitions moving, new jobs and everything. And it's so easy to like, yeah, get lost in the transition of it all so for me

journaling is like brings me so much joy i'm actually going to be starting a journaling club

here in new york in the new year so honestly just journaling club here in New York in the new year. So honestly, just journaling for myself,

but also kind of planning that out to, one, hold myself accountable to journal more, but also

like just, I think having more time with community is something that brings me joy.

So being able to bring both together of like, oh, we can journal together.

I'm really excited about that.

And then definitely pole dancing, which I took a break from over this summer and it's now winter.

So it's been a minute.
