| 1:12.4 | whatever that is. But so many of us have not benefited from joy-centered living, right? We've got |
| 1:19.3 | those things, but we're not joyful. We have health problems. We have all these different things, |
| 1:22.9 | the stigmas around blackness, the trauma around blackness that we don't always know. |
| 1:28.7 | I think it's a difference now. |
| 1:29.8 | I think we're shifting that. |
| 1:31.1 | I think millennials are changing that, frankly. |
| 1:33.4 | But it's still not enough about centering joy and centering our identity around joy. |
| 1:40.1 | And so my last question usually, my last bucket of questions usually for folks is, what brings you joy? How do you bask in joy in your life? |
| 1:48.7 | What brings me joy? I would say bringing my family and friends together. I love bringing people together. I would say being out in nature. So riding bikes, enjoying the sun, having an opportunity to go outside, which I say is challenging when you're editing a show and you're hemmed up in the house. |
