1:06.5	And we are talking with her this week. And we have talked about previously in our last episode, we talked about your journey to centering yourself in the music and the healing that has brought to you and that realization and the journey to the realization of like opting out of those.
1:21.0	You talked about going through brick walls, right?
1:23.6	Opting out of that struggle living and that struggle mentality.
1:27.2	And that is the premise of the podcast.
1:30.2	But the other piece of the podcast is if we leave something behind, we got to pick something up.
1:35.0	And if I am saying that, you know, opting out of struggle that our legacy as black women is not one of struggle and resentment and heaviness and weight, then what is it? And I really do
1:46.1	believe it is joy. It is abundance and is community. That is our true birthright. That is our true
1:51.9	legacy as black women that we just need to access. And so joy for me is the theme of the podcast.
2:00.7	And I like to ask people how they center joy in different areas of their life.
2:05.6	And so I want to talk about for you professionally with the backdrop that you are in a business that is anything but I think for a lot of people joyful.
2:15.6	And it can be hard to maintain that. And it's not perfect. All of us are in professions
2:20.8	where joy is like what work in joy says who. Yeah. Right. And so I want to know from your perspective,
