| 0:00.0 | Welcome to the Black Girl Burnout podcast. |
| 0:12.4 | Kelly here. |
| 0:13.2 | And today I want to talk about how to opt into more connection in your life. |
| 0:18.7 | I don't know if you're like me. |
| 0:20.5 | Probably not. I am a weird mixture of |
| 0:24.4 | being a little bit extroverted, but also being highly introverted at times. And as a result, |

| 1:37.9 | to other folks, to some kind of higher power or higher source is good for our health. |
| 1:44.7 | That's just like the Cliff Notes version. |
| 1:47.0 | But there's a whole bunch of neuroscience that tells us what happens when we hit that space |
| 1:53.2 | where we feel connected, what that does for our bodies. |
| 1:56.3 | But beyond that, this is a podcast about us, about black women. |
