Kelly here.

And today I want to talk about how to opt into more connection in your life.

0:18.7

I don't know if you're like me.

0:20.5

Probably not. I am a weird mixture of

0:24.4

being a little bit extroverted, but also being highly introverted at times. And as a result,

0:32.8

1:37.9

to other folks, to some kind of higher power or higher source is good for our health.

1:44.7

That's just like the Cliff Notes version.

1:47.0

But there's a whole bunch of neuroscience that tells us what happens when we hit that space

1:53.2

where we feel connected, what that does for our bodies.

1:56.3

But beyond that, this is a podcast about us, about black women.
