Welcome to the Black Girl Burnout podcast. Today I want to talk about one of my favorite words, and that is the word audacity.

0:19.0

I love this word. I'm going to tell you all about why. And I'm also going to talk

0:24.3

today about how to opt into audacity in your life, how to become audacious day by day.

0:32.1

2:09.8

of audacity thrown in our way. And I mean this in the negative connotation. And the way in which black women are disrespected in the

2:21.8

world around us is nothing short of audacity. If you look on, I love those memes on Instagram

2:28.8

that have women on boats and planes and cars. And underneath it, it says, looking for where men got their audacity from.

2:40.2

And usually it's in relation to how men can disrespect women and the bravery and the boldness
