looks like to truly build a life where rest just isn't a moment, but it's a foundation. This whole

month, the theme has been building on what our theme for the year is, which is New Year healed

me. And we have narrowly focused in on rest as a way to facilitate healing.

And rest is a way to keep healing at the forefront of your life.

And of course, I have acknowledged that anytime people are sick, what do we tell them?

We always tell them to rest.

And so much a part of us healing ourselves

emotionally and mentally and spiritually is all about incorporating rest in our lives. This whole

month, we've talked about ways to do it. We have gone through boundaries. We've talked about dealing

with guilt. We have talked about the enemies of rest. We've talked about dealing with guilt. We have talked about

about through her book, The Rest Revolution, the tools that we need to build up in our arsenal

to be able to appropriately manage and prevent burnout
