Well, now Democrats are openly defying a September Supreme Court decision.

And to the credit of Republicans, they went in before the election.

They didn't wait till after the election, you know, to challenge this.

I don't think it's going to impact in the end the outcome of the race with Dave McCormick and Bob Casey.

But the fact that they are just defying at a Supreme Court, a state Supreme Court order like that

is beyond any comprehension I have.
